This Terms of Refund & Cancellation Policy Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions by which we, provide the B2B Maldives Trade Mark by Isle Reef Private Limited
Application Services to site visitors, users, registered members and account holders. By visiting our site, using any of the tools and services provided via
our site, or registering an account, you thereby agree to be bound by each of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
We may automatically amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy Agreement Agreement at any time by informing you of the amended terms via email to an email
address you provide to us, if you are a registered account holder. Such amendments will be effective when sent to your last known email address.
It is your duty to keep your email address up to date and to maintain a valid email address and to ensure that emails we send you are not filtered
or stopped by spam filters or other types of email blocking functionalities. Alternatively, we may merely post the amended terms and make them available
to be read by current account holders. In such cases, the modified terms and conditions of this Agreement are effective and in force when posted by us.
For those visitors to B2B Maldives Trade Mark by Isle Reef Private Limited who have not registered as users, or who have let their memberships elapse,
it is their responsibility to read this Terms of Service each time they access any portion of our site. Any usage of this site by you, including merely
viewing our home page or any page published on our site, as an unregistered B2B Maldives Trade Mark by Isle Reef Private Limited user, means that you
agree to be bound by each and every one of the terms and conditions of this Refund & Cancellation Policy Agreement.
- The Booking is 100% Refundable for upto 7 days prior to check on special request under the issue of Medical status, calamity, geo-political issue, cancellation of flight.
- 100% Refund is Applicable after the Deduction of Remittance Charges, TSC (Servi ce charge ) & TAC in case of covid an Cancellation
- On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two(2)-to four(4) days to show refund back on your statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees etc. For more details refer to the cancellation policy mentioned above.
- In case the reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount if any that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take two(2) to four(4) days for the bank to process the refund and to show the refunded amount on your credit card.
- TCS is Non Refundable even when the Booking is Cancelled Due to Any Reason, Be It Medical, Educational or any Other. The TCS is Service charge charged by the Travel company in compensation to Service Given in Terms of Time, Labour, conversation, or any other form of Service.
- The Refund May Take Upto Minimum 45-60 Days , which Constitutes the ROE Charged on Conversion of USD to INR and Transaction Charges
- Complete Installment of Payment Must be Made Before Booking at Cut off Date, Booking Payment Date, Final Payment Date & DOT (Date of Travel) to avoid cancellation due to non-payment or delayed payment
